How to change your order

How to change your order (modifications & cancellations):

Our deadline for cancelling your order is 12PM/Noon London time, the Saturday after you place your order (or 12PM/Noon London time on the same day if you place your order on Saturday).

Kindly email us with the invoice number and exact change(s) you would like to make to your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We are unable to cancel your order after 12PM/Noon London time on the Saturday following your order.

How to handle your order upon your receipt of your parcel:

The moment your parcel arrives DO NOT OPEN THE PARCEL!
Mark the parcel as “refused” and return the parcel to your delivery person. The parcel will be sent back to us at our expense.

You will be credited with the purchase amount (minus the shipping and handling charges) as soon as we receive the parcel at our headquarters. A voucher about the credited amount will be sent to your order email.
